Designing AI for team ideation: How content strategy and participation style affect creative performance through team emergent states
Published in International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics, 2025
This study demonstrates that AI content strategies and participation styles significantly influence team-AI co-ideation performance by shaping team emergent states (TESs), suggesting that GenAI should be designed to dynamically adapt to these cognitive and affective dynamics throughout the creative process.
